Contribute FeedbackGood Italian inspired three-course menu with smoked salmon as starter, grilled calf filet with bearnaise, pepper sauce and fries as the main dish, and a dessert trilogy as finale. The court was really delicious. Perfect smoked salmon and a really lovely spinach cream and light and airy bread for. The meat was tender and both bearnaise, pepper sauce and fries sat right in the closet. The Dessert trilogy consisted of a cream brûllée, a panna cotta and a strawberry sorbet. The two first were slightly tired and gryed, while the sorbet was a bit anonymous. The wine card looked exciting with good wines from Sigurd Müller, but we chose to test the beer committee, which was also fine. The service was friendly and attentive. Quite fine, considering that it is a hotel-restaurant (Best Western).
We sat on the 2nd floor in closed company. Fast food serving and good acoustics in the room.
Modern interior with a lot of light and air within the BW hotel. I eat pasta with tuna(185 DKK) that was surprisingly good. The service was at high level.
Torvehallerne in Vejle is a great place to visit. Good hotel and the restaurant in the center of the building is great. Has excellent food, good selection of wine and one of the best bar for whisky in this part of Denmark. 2 minutes from the station and from the pedestrian street so you are in the center of it all. Excellent staff and the kichen is brilliant. Can really recommend this place.
This is a good quality food place and excellent service as well. Only small missing was we where not given spoons for dessert and we where missing salt and pepper on the table. I had a ribeye which was perfect. Side was caprese, mac/cheese and bearnaise. Thanks for a good meal.
