Ribehoej - Vejen

Charming, idyllic and lovely place where there is quiet and tranquility that you can only get down in gear and relax completely. Food in top class, great taste experience with super service and operation. Definitely worth a visit.

This was all I expected. A great place, wonderful staff and very good tasteful food. We ordered Stjerneskud ala Ribehøj. They have fried the white fish , added some other tasteful details and the experience was great.

We stayed in the Pejsehytte at Ribehøj. This was a cabin of 100 m2, so we had plenty of room. Outside we had a spa. The dinner was nice and so was the staff, who made our stay memorable. Breakfast next morning was really great. Thank you for a great time :

An experience leaves the usual. We stayed in an Panoramic Suite with own hot tub on the terrace. The decor in the cottage was delicious. Although, well-functioning bathroom, fireplace mm. You had a little feel of an American cottage in the mountains. The same in the restaurant. Rustic and tasteful furnishings. We got a 4-course menu and it was well tasted all the way through and served at a pleasant pace. No one was busy. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our servant knew much about the wines, and would like to share its knowledge. Only minus: the bread, which was served for breakfast, could have penetrated to a little more love. Really, without cores and dry croissants. Especially when we saw that they can serve delicious bread for the dinner evening before. But the place generally just has the extra little touch. Will we come again? .... yes when!

Vi afholdt konfirmationsfest til middag på Ribehøj. Som altid leverede de på et højt niveau. Lokalerne er velegnede til en sådan fest. Desværre kører Ribehøj med en fast menu, så der er ikke mulighed for konfirmanden at komme med ønsker til menuen. Til gengæld var smagen af maden rigtig lækker.
