We ordered a bruschetta... read more We went to this little restaurant (but also a pizzeria in the evening) for lunch on Sunday, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery! We ordered a bruschetta as an appetizer (but they bring two per portion) with coratella and onion, ciauscolo (but don't call it that, we are in the Viterbo area! I don't remember the real name) and chicory, and two tomato bruschettas for the children. What can I say, both fabulous. For first courses we had a very good amatriciana, a first course with pork rib sauce, really tasty, a first course with white rabbit ragù, fabulous, and a cacio e pepe, made to perfection. Good homemade desserts including chocolate salami. Fair price. What can I say: truly a beautiful discovery. Finally, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
