Sometimes we do not appreciate the simple wonders of the earth, which we know many years ago, this is the case of the restaurant the Peroles. located on the out... read more Sometimes we do not appreciate the simple wonders of the earth, which we know many years ago, this is the case of the restaurant the Peroles. located on the outskirts of Cortegana, on a street parallel to the road that goes to Portugal. is a boat with two different atmospheres: a restaurant with fireplace, and the village bar. the owner, who is in front of the business, serves land products, absolutely magnificent and difficult to find in the city we start with a handmade sausage, with some tomatoes that know the tomato. In winter and spring, the mushrooms of the aracena saw can't be missing, I love the gurumelos, which you can taste in sauce or scramble. Secondly you can enjoy Iberian pork cuts, all accompanied by the best potatoes I have tasted, chosen potatoes from your orchard, hand cut, fresh fries. They're a wonder and that's why we always ask for one more potato dish. to finish a homemade dessert, such as the biscuit cake with natillas, or the turret cake to complete the delicacy.
