Catastrophe now. Hardly anything going on and you still wait forever for food. And then you still get the wrong one. The lady at the checkout tried very hard, but was completely overwhelmed.
Yesterday, late in the afternoon, I was in this branch for the first time. A charming waitress would have to serve the drive-thru AND the guests in the store. Unfortunately, the ordering terminals were down, so I had to wait a while and discovered that the lady alone was actually completely overwhelmed. It didn 't help that at some point a second woman walked back and forth a few times before she realized that she could help. The woman who had to do everything herself really tried hard and was extremely friendly. I think it 's the wrong way to save if you save on staff. I 'll go back when I get the chance and hope I catch the same service.
The food was cold, the burgers had been on the tray for 10 minutes because the fries weren't ready yet. There was also hair in the food and the toilet was completely dirty!
I've been to Burger King at least once a week, but now I've had enough. That was my last visit. So many chances given, despite sometimes unfriendly staff (not all of them! , missing parts in orders or incorrect change. Last week they even wanted to give me way too much change and I was so honest and explained it. Today I'm standing in McDrive and AT THE ORDERING COUNTER I'm told that card payment isn't possible. Yes, great, now I'm standing here and can't get away. I could go in too. Yes, thanks for the clever tip, Sherlock. Maybe put up a sign BEFORE the McDrive, BEFORE the customer is already standing between cars and can't get away. How can you be SO clumsy and disorganized?! How?! I can't get that into my head. That was definitely the last time!
