Excellent butcher's shop, the butcher always gives good advice and is also very friendly and knows what he is selling.
*The* neighborhood butcher, and an excellent artisan butcher! He can prepare almost anything to order, and always has a nice assortment in the bins. Oh, and to note for the North of the Alps: he knows how to cut meat correctly (to order in advance) for a perfect carpaccio! And it's an Italian speaker who tells you...
