Made with love, I've never eaten such PERFECT caramel pork! The gentleman's welcome is simply delightful; he brings a cheerful atmosphere and always serves with a smile! The quality and price are very reasonable! For a large town like Vauvert now, with very few quality restaurants besides taco places, it's essential that this kind of restaurant survives!
