My friends and I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant in Thornhill. We were the only customers there at 5pm, and when we politely asked to move to a quieter table, the owner became angry and made rude comments. The owner always ensures that each patron receives personalized care. We have visited multiple times and have never been let down.
First time eating here after many years. Very disappointed. Pizza had no flavour. Veal parmigiana was tiny, served on an appetizer plate and this too had no flavour. Served with mashed potatoes which were more like ice cream because they were so cold. Was never offered pepper or parmigiana cheese for any of our meals including pasta dishes. Service was extremely limited. Ordered drinks before we ordered our meals and during our 3 hour sitting, we were never offered a second drink. Considering the outrageous prices, consumers deserve a better experience.
The pasta sauce is good, however, I would prefer a more Al Dante texture for the pasta. Sad they don 't have Expresso
We had an incredible experience at this restaurant, thank you for the best dinner we've ever had. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. We will definitely be returning soon, as it was the best dining experience we've ever had. You should definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed. I promise you'll want to come back for more.
We have been coming here for about 20 years, not as often as it deserves!The food at Tutto Bene never disappoints, it is ALWAYS top notch. The three of us had carpaccio, beet salad and caprese salad as well as beef tenderloin, sea bass and a pasta plate and we all shared our dishes, they were all sooo good!Best local Italian restaurant around (we live in north Richmond Hill and have no issue with the 20-25 minute drive down for dinner).
