When I'm in the area, especially on the weekends I love coming here. There's never a wait like all the other restaurants in this plaza. Food is decent and service is friendly! View all feedback.
What Christ Raynor doesn't like about Scaddabush Vaughan:
We came for Sunday lunch. Restaurant was not busy at all, yet it took them almost an hour to get us our order of a caesar salad and a panini sandwich.I couldn't finish the sanandwich, it tasted so bland. View all feedback.
Arrived for dinner (~5:30). No complimentary bread offered, had to wait forever for an appetizer. Barely saw our waitress the entire time. The quality of the food is definitely not what I remember. The tomato sauce didn't taste fresh and the noodles were overcooked. I will not be returning any time soon.
Arrived at the restaurant for dinner with my family. Waitress took our came to take our app and drink order. Husbands iced tea tasted like water. She never came back and had to ask another waiter to take our meal order (Italian burger and chicken parmesan). Took 30 min to get one appetizer. Food finally came out after about 45 minutes. Very bland, the fried cheese on the burger tasted like it was reheated, the tomatoes were dried out, the side salad looked like it was a collection of scraps left from other customers. The chicken parmesan was tasteless and super small portion (my toddler got more on the plate that I did). Poor wait staff, poor management. Waiters can be seen polishing glasses and silverware near the kitchen instead of helping customers...newsflash guys, play attention to your customers, you will have not need to polish all that stuff if no one returns to your place! You have a lot of competition so wake up and train your staff! Will never go back here.
I have joined good friends here for luncheons on two occasions and have enjoyed all aspects of this restaurant in Vaughan.I plan to eat here again.
Had our last "team dinner" at the end of our gymnastics competition here on a Sunday afternoon, we arrived with a large group and they found a nice section were we could all sit together. The menu had great options for appetizers, and mains, mostly Italian, and there was something for all tastes. We had a pizza, and the portion was plenty for 2 of us. Flavours were good for the sauce and spices, and the thin crust was tasty and cooked perfectly. Our second visit to an Alice Fazooli's, and we wish there was a location out east!
