Pita Lite - Vaughan

We ordered chicken shawarma dinners. We weren't expecting much from this place but the ratings on google were good and so we gave it a shot. My wife went to pick up the food. She said the airconditoning was turned off and it was so hot in there that the employee was sweating. She felt bad for him. From reading the previous review from June 10 it sounds like the boss is not a very nice person. This is evident in not turning on the AC for his employee. The chicken shawarma was juicy and flavorful. The garlic sauce was quite good too. But my wife, kids, and I really enjoyed the fluffy perfectly seasoned rice. Also the potato was delicious and salad plentiful. No styrofoam takeout container here, cardboard container. Overall the food was excellent but poor working conditions for employees

Went in today with some colleagues to order lunch. When it came time to pay we had told the lady that it will all be on one bill and She forgot to charge for a few items. One of her colleagues that I’m assuming is the operator of the establishment came over and started swearing at the cashier which was absolutely disgusting and not professional. To add the individual that was swearing at the cashier also started getting aggressive with us for absolutely no reason other then his own fault due to the lack of knowledge on how to run a business. Do not eat here unless you support people treating there employees like ****. I myself will never step foot in this stink hole restaurant again.

Ordered a falafel on the go. One of the best flalafel I had in years. The ingredients were fresh and the falafel itself was yummy. Staff were very courteous and had the patience to prepare with love also the price was very reasonable. Not like one of those fast food chain places where you know the food taste coast to coast. All the food chain are same or even worse sometimes as they cut on the quantity quality of toppings.

Food is amazing, Owner/staff are very rude ignorant. asked for plates received family style, food was late, Owner blamed me for not understanding how delivery works, I was under the impression that when you order plates, you should receive plates not family style.Owner claimed that I was just making an issue because I wanted a discount. Owner asked me to never order from this location again as they do not like to take phone orders for delivery even though I confirmed it with the store.

We come to Pita Lite regularly. The shawarma plate is amazing. Everything is fresh and tasty and the staff is great. Highly recommend!
