The burgers are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. It is well worth paying that extra for good quality and good service. The vegetarian burger is delicious and they offer toppings for every palate. Try the sweet potato fries. View all feedback.
What Kevin A doesn't like about Hero Certified Burgers:
I can't even fathom how slow the service would be if this place were busy. I only had one person ahead of me in line when I placed my order, and the restaurant was practically empty. I understand the importance of ensuring that food is cooked properly, but it shouldn't take over 15 minutes to make a burger and fries. Did the cook and cashier take a smoke break when the cashier disappeared? View all feedback.
Mani provides excellent customer service. The staff serves delicious food and is very friendly. Highly recommended.
I have eaten at a few different locations of Heros and this particular location serves better burgers. The food seems to be prepared more carefully.
Stopped here for lunch good tasting burger. The blue cheese burger is recommended. A little on the pricey side for lunch though.
I have eaten there many times. Sometimes I go before the movie at the theatre nearby. I often go with my brother or my son. I like the thin buns but he likes the regular puffy ones. My son has to get the gluten free bun as he is celiac. We can all go and enjoy something there. Everything is yummy! I especially like the cold drink machine with its many options. Their fries are lovely crispy and not oily!
Have been to this location a few times when in the area for a movie at the next door Cineplex. It is convenient being right at the junction of Hwy 400/Hwy407/Hwy7 in Vaughan, but can be equally a pain to get in/out of when the surrounding roads are busy, or on a busy Friday night at the Cineplex. Based on my recent visits, a few common things I can call out about this location: The food has been consistently good each time, fresh, cooked nicely, quality ingredients made as ordered without issue. Staff doesn 't ever seem overly interested in small talk or above and beyond customer service which is fair of a restaurant like this taking order after order. Staff always keep busy cleaning, filling things up, checking supplies, and the overall presentation of the restaurant reflects this being clean and well kept. Accurate representation of the Hero Burger brand in my eyes, let the quality of the burger speak for itself, which it does. Price is on the higher side for a burger, especially if you start adding toppings and customizing. I think 2 of us with a combo each were over $30. They do have one of the Coke make your own flavour machines, so that is kind of cool to mix and match your own flavours. Cheery Barqs Root Beer anyone?
