My family and I are big Spanish/Mexican food lovers and finding this spot after a hockey tournament was the best stop we've made in a long time. We found out after arriving that is was a Salvadorian restaurant. The kids loved the nachos, flautas, and tacos. The guacamole is to die for (so good and chunky). The restaurant is very much a mom and pop feel in a semi industrial area. The open concept space is decent, a little warm when we went. I went there for lunch, the food was served after 1 hour of wait time, meanwhile a mouse passed near our table. Cleanliness and service are not cuscatlan's strongest points, the food was ok.
Food is pretty decent but the prices are on a bit of the expensive side, I've tried food just as good as this and at least 5 or more dollars less for the dinner dishes.
We stumbled upon this authentic Salvadoran restaurant and were so happy we did. Friendly service, great authentic food.
I love the food here it’s so delicious, my favourite dish is the nachos with steak. Friendly service. Would highly recommend.
