We made reservations here for a small birthday with some friends a couple weeks in advance and our first impression of the restaurant was having to wait for 40 minutes past our reserved time to be seated.Once we were in, the waiting game began. 10 minutes before water arrived, another 10 before drink orders...ten more for the drinks to arrive and here we are over an hour past our reserved time and not only are we not eating, but our food orders haven't even been taken yet. The food was quite good, maybe even VERY good to be honest, but when the service is this slow you don't pay as much attention to the food anymore because it's just incredibly frustrating. At last we were finished and I couldn't wait to get out of there...but not before having to wait another 10-15 min for our bill. On the account of the food and the hope that this is a one-off incident and the wait staff were simply having a bad day, I would definitely try it again and write another review...but first impression was not great!

We, 12 of us including 2 children, were celebrating Father's Day early and decided to have dinner there.The wait staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was spot on and delicious. We started with sharing 2 F1 Antipasto and 2 Frittura di Pesce. There was a wide variety of cured meats, three types of cheeses and the olives and preserves on the Antipasto dish. The Frittura was fried beautifully. The shrimp, calamari and white fish were so tender and flavourful. They accommodated an early order of pasta for the kids and the rest of the adults ordered their mains which were pizza except for two who ordered the gnocchi and the salmon. Everyone raved about their food. While the adults were eating their meals the kids went to visit the pizza cook at his station. They were given some dough to make their own or play with. My niece worked on hers for a while and then the cook asked if she wanted to cook it. After saying yes, he added some tomato sauce and baked it in their wood burning ovens. We had a great night out! We were a group of 7 and when the waiter approached us never even asked if we wanted any drinks and he only told us what the specials were after some people had already ordered from the menu. After we got our food we did not see him for about 20 minutes not even to check if it was all good 1 person from, the group had to go look for him for water and the 2nd time to get our bill (thanks Marco).Food: One thing this place had going for it was the food it was really good. We started withe fried calamari honestly it was the fried calamari i have had in awhile I also had risotto which was fabulous and my wife was seafood linguine and it was real good. Unfortunately do to the poor service will not returning anytime soon.

Was curious about this place, got a good recommendation from a colleague. Booked a party of 10 in the morning, they called back quick and confirmed. We got there, our group was served with water and sparkling water. Mains were ordered and delivered. Food was good, BUT then the staff just disappeared! We never ordered any actual drinks because no one came back. Our empty dishes sat there forever until one of us went to the kitchen to ask for water because no drinks were ordered. Awful service. So the dessert and coffee was ordered and delivered. Once again, no staff, gone. Pffft! Again one of us went to the kitchen to ask anyone for our bill. Then the bills come and 18% gratuity is added for what? Come on guys! We didnt dispute it. But after another long wait to pay (yes they disappeared again) , we left. Everyone agreed. Not coming back. They were busy. But the staff wasnt attentive nor enough. Milestones etc do a better job.

We've been coming here for quite a while for business lunches (usually) and occasionally for personal dinners. Their food is always amazing. We usually see Gus how is always friendly and attentive! I have yet to see their actual menu as we always order from their quite extensive daily specials!If you get their ribeye, get it Chicago Style! Their frites are the best you will ever have!The only downside I can say, is they aren't for the budget savvy. They are quite expensive, but for the quality. it's worth it once in a while!
