For a Maxi it’s definitely one of the better ones. Recently converted from a Provigo, the produce and meat quality and availability is definitely above what you can find at the average Maxi. Prices great, choice great. Customer service, terrible. You stand at the self check waiting for assistance and the staff just ignore you. When they eventually come, there's no apology, they don't even speak. View all feedback.

What a great grocery store! The selections seem endless. Prices are reasonable. Cleanliness is outstanding! This is a well managed mega grocery store!
This is my go to grocery store. Affordable prices and clean. They also have a great bio and gluten free section. Lynne who works there is great! Her help and positive energy really helped me not lose my patience at the self check out cash today. Thank you Lynne. Suggestion to management- your only downfall is there isn't enough cashes open most of the time and the self check out isn't the easiest to use, which can be a real nuissance. Other than that no complaints.Good work.
Never enough cashes open on weekends. I have no problem using self check-out, but I was turned away because I had too many items. 20 minutes in line for the single cash that was open.
Never enough staff in the store which means the staff that are present seem overworked and tend to take out their frustrations on the clients. At least in my experience.
