Food is without a doubt excellent and service is always great, but today was above and beyond. My visit today required more attention both physical and mental and they reached out and made it happen. Very bad service. I am at 8.45 inside and they tell me the kitchen is closed. And when I told the guy that the closing time is at 9. I told him I will do take away. Then he gave me but he gave me everything cold. I go copper branch all the time. But I guess it’s the worst branch. View all feedback.
Beware of online orders. As a frequent Copper Branch client (at multiple locations) I'm very disappointed with how management handled my issue at 3052 Boulevard de la Gare, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC J7V 0H1.I ordered online, Spicy Buffalo Wings and a General Copper Bowl. As a courtesy I called the resto to inform them I'd be 10 minutes late for pickup. During the call they informed me that they were out of everything I had ordered, Tao and spicy wings. This alone is disappointing as it's hard to understand how they could be out of both orders on a Tuesday before dinner... However, this isn't the real issue so I digress. I asked them if they could simply cancel the order and if my credit card would be reimbursed. The employee then transferred me to the manager. He simply said that I'd have to visit the resto for reimbursement or make a request via email. Obviously travelling 20 minutes to the restaurant to simply get my money back is unacceptable. I find it troubling that the manger didn't bother to offer some type of incentive for my troubles, or to entice me to place another order. End result, no food and waiting for reimbursement.
Love the general copper bowl, ghandi smoothie and the wings. Also the mushroom terriyaki burger. The nachos.....I could keep going. I eat here 3 times a week easily

Accidentally put something in that we asked specifically not to put in the salad. Fixed it right away. Still new place so it happens. Good recovery!
No English in signage in copper branch. I suppose we r second- class citizens... I won't ever be returning because of that but here's my review anyways...Very tasty but expensive for what you get. May be vegan but it's definitely not low calorie or fat. What seems like a healthy meal may not be..good atmosphere
