Contribute FeedbackLanded here on a Sunday night coming back sunburnt and dirty from camping. Frank made us feel like the most important customers in the place, totally beyond the fact that we were the only customers in the place! From his heavy handed joking around (which was a 100% positive read from us) to his genuine interest in our exchanges and enjoyment of our meal, couldn't have asked for better service. Although the food wasn't perfect, we were pleased with our meals overall. Particularly fond of the Boss sandwich (with a salad would have been a good way to balance it out with the poutine and petals that we ordered). The poutine was a little salty but the feedback was taken seriously by the chef when it came up. The menu options seem pretty heavy overall, but very flavorful so feel free to order light.
We dined here for my moms birthday on a Thursday night (7-10) to take advantage of their 2-for-1 offer on meals. Although my boyfriend and I greatly enjoyed our meals (flank steak and lamb shank), others at our table has numerous issues with their meals (burnt burgers, no flavor, Shepard pie that was nearly all potato, order mistakes and poorly times delivery with some nearly finished by the time others got their meal). Service as nice but very very slow. Overall, great place to grab an appetizer (THE ONION PETALS OMG OMG OMG) and some happy hour drinks to wait out traffic. I highly suggest to those who live in the area to check their Facebook page for constant specials (happy hour, theme nights, 2 for 1). Inconsistent but I'll definitely go again when I'm in the area.
