After 5 minutes he came over to take the order even though we had w... read more The waitress sat us at a table that was dirty and didn't even come around later to clean it. After 5 minutes he came over to take the order even though we had waited for him to give us a menu to look at. After 10 minutes he came over to take the order which turned out to be wrong. Instead of sparkling mineral water, he brought a flat one, instead of a cutlet, he brought us a grilled chicken breast. For 5 people he brought 3 glasses for water and 2 sets of cutlery. Total disappointment we had, because in the end it turned out that the purchased bottle of water that was consumed no more than half we had to leave it because they return them. Please note that I bought the water bottle!!

I dined at Pheonix multiple times during my short stay, and not just because it was close to my accommodation. The prices are low, the food is tasty and is cooked on the spot (except for the soups), and it gets on your table in less than 30 minutes, together with a smile from a friendly waiter. All in all it has been a pleasure to eat there.
