Terrible café, that’s what it is. As soon as we walked in, we were told that the card terminal was “not working today” and they only accept cash. This isn’t just today! The terminal has been broken every year; they drag cash for the staff's salaries while causing inconvenience for customers. There were hardly any people, and it quickly became clear why. All the tables were dirty, and when we asked someone to wipe them down, they did so reluctantly. The attitude was condescending, as if they thought we were beneath them and didn’t want to engage in conversation. The food took forever to prepare; I guess they had time to run to a nearby grocery store to buy some ingredients. Half the menu was unavailable—no fries, no nuggets—are they too lazy to make it? There were no napkins in sight, so we had to use our own. To top it off, when I got home, I started to feel sick and nauseous; I’m not sure if it was the lamb cheburek or something wrong with the cappuccino. I won’t be returning. Oh, and they did warm up some juice from the fridge; thanks for that, I guess that earns them one star.

The food quality is average, without any wow factor. It's standard fare. The dining area is clean, and orders are served quickly. However, the prices are confusing—I didn't understand what justifies them.

I really like this restaurant chain. During all my visits, I've never had anything bad or spoiled. I absolutely love the Siberian dumplings in broth. The donuts are just amazing!

В помпончиках перекусываем регулярно. Именно в этом еда какая то странная. Пельмени на вкус не очень, хотя всё время берем одни и те же. Чебурек с сыром горчит и весь в масле. Самое неприятное было в том, что мясо из салата цезарь попахивало уже совсем не свеже. Мы вежливо и спокойно хотели вернуть деньги за этот салат, но сотрудники на эмоциях стали доказывать, что это просто запах специй. Я не знаю как у них с нюхом или совестью, но деньги в итоге вернули. А вот окрошка была ничего. Но в целом именно в этот помпончик заезжать не советуем.
