We started with the cheese, followed by the noodles and meat, all of which were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island!

Only came in for a quick drink and bite to eat before a show at the Vashon Center for the Arts, but the service and atmosphere were very welcoming, albeit a bit... read more Only came in for a quick drink and bite to eat before a show at the Vashon Center for the Arts, but the service and atmosphere were very welcoming, albeit a bit on the pricey side. Sat at the bar for some small plates, wishing we had time to try some more things from the kitchen. Will definitely be back for a proper meal.

It was my first time on Vashon Island, and my date and I were looking for a place to eat. The Brink had excellent cocktails, beautifully selected vegetables, and the juiciest smoked meat imaginable. The staff was incredibly friendly too! If I lived closer, this would be my go-to spot without a doubt. As it is, I now have a great reason to visit Vashon more often!

The drinks are beautifully crafted, delicious, and leave a lasting impression. The food is among the best I've had outside of Seattle, with a standout 24-hour broth. As a foodie from Chicago, I would rate it a perfect 10/10! Ruby Brink impresses with its elegance, unique flavor combinations, and attentive service.

The service was excellent, and I ordered takeout for dinner. I would say the price per person is around $50 to $100. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't very kid-friendly, as there was only one dining table available for families with children. The greens in the salad tasted bitter and were tough to chew, and the pickles only made it worse. The chicken and noodle soup was quite bland, and the fresh string beans were raw. While there are many restaurants that use fresh ingredients and also taste great, this one does not fit that bill. The service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was modern and trendy, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $30 and $50. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. I highly recommend the Medium Salad!

This place is perfect for meat lovers, and they have fantastic cocktails too. The ambiance is warm and cozy, and I appreciated being able to grab some items from the butcher counter on my way out. The service was very friendly as well. Overall, my husband and I had a fantastic experience here and we will definitely return whenever we're on the island.
