Absolutely amazing! It was my first time on Vashon Island, and my date and I were looking for a place to eat. The Brink had excellent cocktails, beautifully selected vegetables, and the juiciest smoked meat imaginable. The staff was incredibly friendly too! If I lived closer, this would be my go-to spot without a doubt. As it is, I now have a great reason to visit Vashon more often! View all feedback.

This restaurant is amazing. The service is exceptionally friendly, and the food is outstanding. I dined here almost every day during my visit! The service was excellent, and I ordered takeout for dinner. I would say the price per person is around $50 to $100. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
The food was just average, but the service was quite good. Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't very kid-friendly, as there was only one dining table available for families with children. The greens in the salad tasted bitter and were tough to chew, and the pickles only made it worse. The chicken and noodle soup was quite bland, and the fresh string beans were raw. While there are many restaurants that use fresh ingredients and also taste great, this one does not fit that bill. However, I did enjoy the biscuit with butter and jam—it was my favorite part of the meal. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I had a wonderful dining experience featuring delicious potatoes, flavorful bone broth, a perfectly cooked pork chop, a refreshing salad, and fresh bread. The service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was modern and trendy, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $30 and $50. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. I highly recommend the Medium Salad!

I loved it so much that I created a Yelp account just to give them a 5-star review! This place is perfect for meat lovers, and they have fantastic cocktails too. The ambiance is warm and cozy, and I appreciated being able to grab some items from the butcher counter on my way out. The service was very friendly as well. Overall, my husband and I had a fantastic experience here and we will definitely return whenever we're on the island.

Ruby Brink has black out curtains and a wonderfully designed space that focuses heavily on atmosphere. When you eat at the Ruby Brink, not only is it amazing in food quality due to local sources, the experience fills your heart as well as your belly.
We had some dinner and drinks here the other night and WOW! The Prince Highway and Red Wines were AMAZING. I LOVED the food too. We had the: Pickled Egg, Bowl of Chili, Flatbread Sausage, and Medium Salad. It was so so good. THAT HOT DOG. THOSE EGGS. I wish I could give more than five stars. The service and ambiance was excellent. I cannot wait to come back.
I wish I could give ten stars. This was one of the most well executed and interesting lunches I’ve had in a long time. All dishes were creative and the variety on the menu was really appealing (many things had to be saved for another time). The beef soup and pork soup were great. The salad was summer in your mouth. And the plate of rillete, cheese etc was amazing. Oh and the popcorn was great. Service and ambiance were excellent. Well worth a trip from Seattle alone. Or weekend on Vashon. After my second visit, I firmly stand by what I wrote. I’d elevate this to be one of the top in the region in my books. The flavors are so well played and I lived their incorporation of fermented/pickled veggies. We had the popcorn, pork belly and rice, and the mushrooms over rice. The pork belly was the best preparation I’ve had. Service was exceptional. Will be back.
I have to apologize for one of the photos of our meal... It was so delicious that I didn't get a picture until we finished. You have a monstrous help of noodles in a bowl with different flavors we choose chicken and share it among three of us. It was delicious and we had it with a sausage plate, season popcorn and fun special drinks, especially we enjoyed the berry infused soda. I am so glad that Ruby Brink is a survivor of Covid Tsunami, who is so many restaurants on the island and affected. If you plan your trip to the island, make sure you stop for a meal and especially cocktail at this very special place.
We've been coming to this place for about two years, and there's not enough great things to say about it. The menu is always changing and so creative (one of the appetizers included selected blueberries), and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Although the menu often changes, there are some parentheses of meat and noodle soup (plus a vegetarian version), sausage on a roll, and sourdough brownie to name some. I would recommend them all! And bonus if you go when it is warm, the terrace with the fire pit is beautiful and relaxing!
