Boa comida. Pratos simples e saborosos. a localização é boa para aqueles que viajam pelo a1 porque você só tem que sair da estrada e em cerca de 5 minutos está no restaurante.

Stopped by for a pit-stop, ended up staying for lunch! Family run and passed down through generations of foodies! Not fine dining, but great Portuguese dishes. Lots of beef, veal, pork, offal, fish and seafood dishes... Not a piri-piri chicken in sight! We had the...octopus special which was cooked in garlic, herbs and olive oil served with crispy new potatoes and the pork steak simply cooked on the grill with homemade chips and carrot rice?! HUGE portions! followed by grandma's Portuguese tart! Really helpful, friendly staff. British language menu however the specials are in Portuguese. Nice clean restaurant and toilets. Really busy yet the staff are fabulous. Some tips- you're not in spain! No free tapas! The seemingly free bread/olives/cheese will be charged at the end. And steak does not mean beef, could be pork, veal,lamb or goat. Just ask! We will be returning for dinner. Would thoroughly recommend.

You can eat very well cooked Portuguese food in a very nice environment. High level Service. It has a wide parking place for cars and trucks. The price is fair.
