What Eduarda Camacho doesn't like about Restaurant d'Altitude Le Barjo:
We're skiing a lot in the area. prices are more expensive than e.g. risoul, we receive a bavette with fries but no salad, hot mayo on the tables, winter salad with little blue cheese. I see it's done fast, but not so many people. but very nice frame, service ok (but I wonder if she made the remarks to the chief). View all feedback.
Great place! I run my own restaurant so that I understand the difficultness to have employees that actually works! we went a few times and the staff was super friendly and eating was super tried every time! ps big screams after “ the Australian looking waiter”...(JORDAN) for the best customer service in vars fast, dimensional friendly and he speaks perfectly English! see you next year youngs!
Beautiful place with another great view on top of the mountain, all surrounded. but open. the cappuccino was not so great. next time I will choose smtg differently.
Best location good eating and beer they must try to find this place on the pists with the sun ... very easy to find near crevoux the staff is friendly and efficient

So this is a great little place to stop when you have been skiing/snowboarding in Vars and you want to enjoy some sun/hot cocoa/lunch. The owner is a local young lady who gives a fantastic youthful touch to the place. It has kept an 80s...feel and is conveniently located in the middle of the main rides up! The food is what you would expect from an altitude snack bar, not fabulous but not bad and the team is always cheerful! I love stopping there 2 or 3 times in the afternoon...to get a nice tan in between runs! Make sure to be there before 12:30 or after 3pm when French school breaks start or you will have trouble finding a table on the terrace!
