Baguettes Chinoises - Varennes

This restaurant is my go-to spot and my favorite out of all the restaurants I know. I always recommend it to my friends. Whenever I want a delicious lunch, this is the first place that comes to mind. The food is exceptional, with a wide variety of options, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place with great enthusiasm.

I used to be a regular at this restaurant, but had to stop going because of their pineapple chicken. The chicken had very little flavor and the portion was very small. My friends told me that this restaurant had made some changes in their kitchen, so I decided to order a complete meal number 2 for one person (my usual order) for delivery. I noticed that the delivery was faster than before. The egg rolls had more meat than usual, the pineapple chicken was very good, and the portion size was larger. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in the quality of the ingredients and their new cooking techniques. As a former loyal customer of this restaurant, I am confident that I will be returning regularly thanks to these positive changes.

The affordable dishes are a great value and generously sized. The Imperial spring rolls are tasty and perfectly crispy.

C'était ma première commande pour emporter, un jeudi soir. C'était prêt très rapidement. Bien chaud. J'ai pris un 3 pour 1 personne et ajouté 1 soupe wonton et un bœuf légumes. Tout était vraiment très bon et les quantités étaient énormes, assez pour 2-3 personnes sans problème donc le prix est parfait vu les portions. Le bœuf légumes était vraiment super. Je suis agréablement surpris du goût, c'est mieux qu'à d'autres restos chinois où je commandais avant. Merci et je commanderai à nouveau !

Food was was acceptable and I will give them a second try. however.first try very disappointing .What was listed as Pineapple chicken had no pineapple and barely any chicken. basically a small ball of fried batter! When I called to inquire was told that was their version of the dish! For sure before ordering from the web site menu get a description of each plate to insure it is what you are expecting.The prices the web menu are substantially understated so be sure to inquire about that also!
