Bar Restaurant Le Commerce

The restaurant du Commerce in Baugé (49 is a place as I like them : Menu at 12€ buffet very fresh cheese dish dessert 1/4 wine or (think what a good idea ! As too often, the vegetarian I am, is used for vegetables that pass directly from cooking to water on my plate... without additive. The boss brought me some butter, but I didn't ask. But vegetarians also like their dishes to taste! The friend who accompanied me chose an excellent kiss and fries. Having arrived the first noon, she was entitled to very tanned fries, no doubt possible, warmed from the eve. The other customers received fries that wanted to! They. So a very bad point for this lack of respect for the client. Very nice frame, beautiful bright room, but be careful: faiblard hood, strong scents of frying, and a slight fog around 1pm. We were in the blind little room, but safe from the smells. Nice staff. A place to try another time!
