What Ethan Ferraro doesn't like about Focacceria Al Numero 45:
Good but not great. I tried the classic Margherita pizza pan and I give 3 stars because the tomato was too watery and led to making the whole pizza very soft (which usually pan pizza must be the other way around). View all feedback. What Eustachio Lombardo likes about Focacceria Al Numero 45:
I came with my fiancée in the evening. we took a normal focaccia, a gorgonzola and walnuts and two fried focaccia: one with pistachios and one with chocolate. the normal focaccia, perhaps due to the time, was a little gummy, but was very aromatic. the gorgonzola and walnutsfocaccia was a little hard on the crust, but the rest was good. Good focaccia, but there are better... unfriendly and friendly staff .. I have expected more, I don't think I'm going back.
One better than the other. only spoiled for choice.
I tried the curcuma focaccia and the focaccia stracciatella tomatoes, pesto, cream I was more than satisfied. I recommend it.
The mouths and sweets are more than delicious! very courteous staff, congratulations!
