Tranquil on the terrace. If you happen to be in Banaras and are tired of streets and temples crowded with people trying to sell you something, here's where you can go for a few moments of respite.
Service is slow, but very friendly. The terrace is surprisingly quiet, though it sits right above the bustle of Tripura Bhairavi Gali near the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Brown Bread Cafe pulls off its rustic, kitschy ambienc... View all feedback.
What Francesco Bentrovato Domenico doesn't like about Brown Bread Cafe And German Bakery:
Nothing special. I payed in advance and they called me back to say cheesecake was not available then they forgot to bring me the croissant, so I payed for food I didn't received. Pizza was not good. View all feedback.
I've been there a few times, and his a nice place with nice eating. I recommend the cake, its beautiful and fresh, and the mango shake. from 7.30 to 8.30 each evening you can enjoy fantastic local live musicians on the dach.
While I explored caffes near dashaswemede ghat, I came to this amazing place, me and my friend decided to try it. had to reach a lot too foot for this caffe, and this is a place that is always filled with out. people can enjoy the cool brise of ganges. they have a caffe in a flood and in the upper floor. they are famous for their cozy arrangements, organic bread, jam. Now, when it comes to eating, veg sandwich and filter coffee has not agreed so much to me. eating was a bit over good and little under big. the staff is very friendly and cordial. must be eaten in the North Indian cuisine in the vase for all who get tired. overall the experience was beautiful. .read more
This is said that this cafe is the oldest cafe in varanasi. serve the most authentic dishes it are customers, this place still holds the first choice of all tourist or visitors. eating that was quite disappointing for me. we had ordered a cucumber shake that was not worth the name. next we ordered red pasta, that was more of spaghetti instead of pasta. environment they have a cozy and small place in the midst of the lively streets of dasaswmedh ghats. here you can look at the different types of brot and other such ingredients. the personal was friendly and the service was also fast.
This little cafe is hidden deep inside the alleys of Banaras. While it is popular especially among tourists, it also attracts locals with its more or less authentic continental and foreign dishes. I've tried the pancakes here which weren't great. However, the cheescake was fresh and spot on in terms of taste. They have a rooftop where you might also catch some live music.
Poor Services Rude behaviour of staff Make sure you take something to eat with you because you are gonna have to wait for a very long time.
