The staff are are nice.. location is amazing. They serve vegetarian but have a lot of options. The only problem is service is slow. Otherwise a good restaurant in Varanasi.

It has probably the best Ganges view ,best sunrise view ,boats and above all good vegt food in open. The place is generally filled with foreigners who stay in the hotel.
