ET la guimauve maison au moment de passer la porte...!Bravo au chef et au personnel du restaurant!

Vous ne partirez pas sans qu'il vous soit offert une guimauve au litchi, faite maison...tout simplement divin pour le palais! "Bonne dégustation" ;-)

Une cuisine inventive et très colorée en belles saveurs d'épices, qui traduit une implication dans la recherche d'association des goûts et du métier; le repas va crescendo sur un menu homard goûteux, mais retombe un peu à notre sens sur un dessert certes beau ( la pomme) mais trop sur le sucre de la meringue , un café raté et l'absence de carte de boissons chaudes de fin de repas ternissent à peine notre impression plus que positive; quelques petits ajustements seront sans contestes apportés car l'équipe regorge d'enthousiasme et le petit paquet de guimauve offert au départ pour compenser le café nous laisse sur un moment agréable, continuez surtout !

The “Hedoniste” menu is put together by the boss according to his own specifications (in our case, for example, lactose free) and surprise: it was exquisite! The wine accompaniment sometimes arrived at the table with a delay but was always a perfect match even if we wouldn't have combined it that way ourselves. The rooms are large and bright, there is a pleasant atmosphere. Here we come again.

The setting is rustic and warm and the warm welcome is assured by a careful staff. In the plate, the art of marrying the truffle with seafood and meats guarantees an explosion of taste buds. My stomach burns, the nuts of Saint-jacques and the chapon in perfect kitchen.

We order two cups of champagne in aperitif that will reach half filled and alone! After about ten minutes, two unhappy mouths will be served. We take the menu at 90 euros to let us surprise by the chef as well as the glass wine that will be served with each dish and also chosen by the chef. A lot of waiting between the dishes! No small attention between dishes just regular return trips to serve us water! The very medium wines are served in small and half glasses filled! We're very disappointed! In conclusion, we will wait 15 minutes for the check and only bring it to the third alarm. Too bad.
