I only tried the restaurant and the meal was delicious, a discovery of many products that we can only appreciate because they are so well prepared. The service is impeccable, the servers friendly. A delicious evening at all points of view! A perfectly elaborate and balanced tasting menu is beautiful and it is good with a very pleasant and attentive service. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed. The highest culinary art meets the finest ingredients. The “Hedoniste” menu is put together by the boss according to his own specifications (in our case, for example, lactose free) and surprise: it was exquisite! The wine accompaniment sometimes arrived at the table with a delay but was always a perfect match even if we wouldn't have combined it that way ourselves. The rooms are large and bright, there is a pleasant atmosphere. Here we come again.

Surprise, simply beautiful. The very good French cuisine!
Located in a small pedestrian street of Vannes characteristic and full of charms. The setting is rustic and warm and the warm welcome is assured by a careful staff. In the plate, the art of marrying the truffle with seafood and meats guarantees an explosion of taste buds. My stomach burns, the nuts of Saint-jacques and the chapon in perfect kitchen.
Disappointment Very disappointed by this restaurant. A welcome centred exclusively on our health card! We order two cups of champagne in aperitif that will reach half filled and alone! After about ten minutes, two unhappy mouths will be served. We take the menu at 90 euros to let us surprise by the chef as well as the glass wine that will be served with each dish and also chosen by the chef. A lot of waiting between the dishes! No small attention between dishes just regular return trips to serve us water! The very medium wines are served in small and half glasses filled! We're very disappointed! In conclusion, we will wait 15 minutes for the check and only bring it to the third alarm. Too bad.
Home paranoid in front of the covid! Ambiance without authenticity or spontaneousity as frozen and assailed that gives you the impression of having been selected on the file! However, the kitchen is deliciously subtle. And that's certainly the essential!
We have been eating at the ROSCANVEC for years, at each passage in VANNES, for the creative side of the chef who enchanted us. We returned there on Saturday 06/11, and were disappointed: the bleached ormeau cut out in lamelles served with foie gras was not good (damage, because we kept the memory of the famous taste of the garlic, parsley, stuffed, served in their shells, in the fish and seafood market of SYDNEY). New spacious and very well lit room, good hygiene of our very attentive waitress. We will come back to discover successful inventions!

What could the other local guides add? This is a wonderful place where you are served an exceptional meal made by a star chef. Service with humor, smiles, card printed on the school page and flavors... everything is delicious, an address not to be missed!
We shared a table with four family. A warm and friendly welcome and service. A kitchen with gastronomic flavors to make our taste buds awaken, and it's good from time to time to enjoy an excellent time like this. All in an exceptional setting, the room of this large building equipped with large windows overlooks a beautiful garden, in the heart of the historic Vannes. Magic romantic evening: Very good Table to discover absolutely. The new setting is beautiful and we were conquered by dishes that treat taste buds as much as pupils. They really deserve their star in the Michelin Guide and the welcome was warm and pleasant. No waiting between the dishes and no false note for this unforgettable evening. There is no doubt that we will be happy to come back to let us still be surprised by the leader.
