I came to eat with 2 friends last night and we were very well received by the smiling waitresses of the establishment. The blonde waitress took care of us and everything went smoothly from taking our order to serving us our drinks. However, we were negatively surprised when another tall waiter with glasses started getting angry with her for no apparent reason... After that we didn't see the waitress again all evening... I still strongly recommend Le Tarmac even if certain behaviors are not tolerable in an establishment open to the public.
