Preordered and still waited an extra 20+ minutes.. no one greeted us just walked past us for the first 10 minutes of that. Friendly enough when they decided to help us but the restaurant was empty no reason for our food not to be ready. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Every time I've gone to KFC. I have received excellent service from an older lady and darker Gentlemen, always very polite, friendly. Willing to make conversation while waiting and crack a few jokes.
