Cuchillo Restaurant - VANCOVUER

I was on a trip in vancouver and cuchillo was just around the corner from where we were. I love eating Mexican and was excited to try them, but ended up a bit disappointed. when we arrived, the host gave us a little annoyed because he had no reservation, although the restaurant was completely empty and stayed on this for all our visit. I had the cauliflower tacos, and while they were delicious, the part was incredibly small. that may not be the restaurant for me.

I was pleasantly surprised how many dishes were vegan or could be veganized. this is a tapas style menu so we order a series of different things to share. I would give them 5 stars if I could, but they are not-veg so 4 that is allowed max.

Would highly recommend this place! The food was creative, had a taste of freshness and truly delicious! It also had a great vibe, trendy atmosphere, very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. This is definitely a restaurant on my list for eating out!
