Some items ordered never came so had to get a ref... read more Was very difficult to order, when asked for help one server was annoyed and the next request was just ignored. Some items ordered never came so had to get a refund to card because payment is taken in advance. Not a place you need reservations for. Actually thought we were reserving Tap Barrel didn 't realize that was a different place. I Would prefer to have a server than to order every drink and pay each time. Manager (Or acting Mgr) was pleasant and rectified the problem with items that didn 't come.

Great experience and found the ordering system very easy to use! we were greeted and water immediately given, they explained that we can order from our phones w... read more Great experience and found the ordering system very easy to use! we were greeted and water immediately given, they explained that we can order from our phones with a QR code on the table or order from the bar. we decided to order from our phone and found it very easy to navigate and place the order. our drinks were in less than 5 minutes at the table. the food arrived within 15 minutes of the order and was delicious. the server have checked with us to ensure that we had everything we needed and were very friendly. we sat on the terrace with a great view of the water and found the entire experience very pleasant.
