A rarity, but an actual dimly lit pub with plenty of character. The server did everything he could to accommodate our group whilst there were two other large Christmas party groups. Guinness was good quality and food pretty strong, although pizza seemed a little small despite being very tasty. View all feedback.

I'm currently on a personal mission to find places that serve yummy cheese platters in Vancouver, which led me to my most recent trip to Six Acres.
I was lookimg forward to trying this place out as I've heard good things from friends and see positive reviews in Yelp I was sadly disappointed.
I always wanted to try Six Acres after reading all the positive reviewsWe were seated immediately since it's not that busy on a Thursday.
I visited the restaurant the other night and tried the roast beef sandwich, which was delicious. Some of my friends ordered the beef pot pie and said it was amazing. We also enjoyed playing board games while we waited for our food. I will definitely be coming back again.
I found this pub to be fantastic. I really appreciated the availability of board games to keep entertained while waiting, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.
