Why? Super fast and kind service. Super fast kitchen. The gyoza was spot on. The dynamite roll - check. The small tuna roll - ✔️✔️. The green tea - ✔️✔️✔️. The Natural Bomber roll - ✔️✔️✔️✔️. Presentation was simple yet elegant. Very fresh. Lots of seating and the jazz vibe was an unexpected nice touch. See ya soon.

And David wanted to ask the owner of this restaurant to open a new branch in Seattle. Because many people will love this Shizen Ya in Seattle and we want to taste for many people to enjoy this great taste of here. Anyway we really love Shizen Ya and we will come back to here soon to enjoy this fabulous taste again, for sure!! All menu of this restaurant has a nice idea for variety and we need to another stomach to taste more meals at a time!! Tastey meals with great service can make us happy more than before, we realized it today so strongly... And I wanted to say to all staffs of Shizen Ya, Thank you so much for all of your LOVE and Otsukare-sama for great working with smile for all customers!! , again and again.
