He had a great knowledge, skills about coffee and his attitude and mind-set for his work were also great.Recently I visited this place after a long time, and I was so sad that I can't see him here anymore. I am 100% sure I am not the only one who is missing the guy.Although the bun is still good, the coffee and the staffs are just not bad I guess.

I also had the karak milk tea, which tasted great, although it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I think the customer service could be improved, as some of the staff didn't seem very friendly based on our limited interactions.

I really enjoyed the Karak, and the Panini was decent, but I don't think it justified the prices or the long wait. There seemed to be a lack of organization and coordination among the staff. The barista appeared grumpy when I inquired about my food, as if he was only focused on serving beverages. Meanwhile, the food staff forgot about my order, which delayed everything further, and they ended up serving my order as dine-in when it was meant to be to-go. On the bright side, a Spanish-speaking girl was very nice, but the other staff member seemed indifferent. I was in a hurry, and honestly, for just warming up a sandwich, serving a soup, and pouring tea, with four people working there, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. The place looks promising at first glance, but it quickly disappoints once you're inside.
