Here's another update: I've sort of moved back in with my mom. I spend half the week living with her in Burnaby, and the other half, I'm in Kits with Jeremy. For those of you younger folks still living with your parents: living on your own isn’t as great as it seems (and neither is dining out for every meal). Appreciate it while it lasts, because it can be pretty overwhelming; I had to learn that lesson the hard way.

On April 15, 2017, JuliaEats shared a review about a Korean-Chinese restaurant on Robson Street. She noted that the service was polite and the interior was clean and pleasant. As for the food, everything was enjoyable.

I absolutely fell in love with this restaurant; it's definitely worth a visit! The service was great, too. The server who attended to us could speak three languages—impressive! As for the food, what I ordered today was definitely delicious! Plus, the prices were very reasonable.

I ordered gan-jjajang and seafood jjampong on Uber, and not only did it take forever to arrive, but the seafood jjampong didn’t even come. As for the gan-jjajang, it tasted like someone dumped a pile of salt into it — the sauce was completely inedible. Dinner tonight was absolutely horrible. If foreigners are going to make Korean food, they should either learn how to do it properly or at least get the seasoning right. Just because the color looks similar doesn’t mean it’s jjajang or jjampong. The taste was truly awful. You should seriously change your business. If a Canadian or someone from another country ordered this as their first time trying Korean food, they would think Korean food is supposed to taste like this and say it’s terrible. This is honestly embarrassing. This is an insult to Korean cuisine and to Korea itself. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
