Go Fish - Vancouver
Go Fish
Description
The restaurant, located near Granville Island, offers a great dining experience with a line that moves quickly and limited seating on the terrace. The fish dishes are delicious, with a good ratio of dough to fish, and meals starting at $11. Customers rave about the salmon sandwich, cod and chips, and the amazing batter. The fish and chips are a must-try, with a great value for the price. The location next to the seawall provides a beautiful view, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. The wait times can be a bit long during peak hours, but the fresh and crispy food is definitely worth it. Overall, a hidden gem serving some of the best fish and chips in Canada.

We were walking by the marina on Granville Island and we stumbled upon this place.
Recent excellent weather drew me down to what was once a favourite haunt-but everybody makes mistakes.__I'm not sure what was worse ugly sad sack staff
Delicious, seafood dishes. We got the salmon sandwich and the cod fish and chips. It was a 15 minute line to order and then a 30 minute wait for the food. But when the food came it was very fresh and hot. The salmon was a great sandwich with just a little bit of char to let you know that it was just cooked. The fish and chips where regular fish and chips but the fish (cod) was extremely flaky which made it so soft to eat. I would definitely get the fish and chips as the value of this dish is better than the salmon sandwich.
A great experience! We had 1 piece salmon and chips and 1 piece cod and chips. OMG! There was actually fish in the fish and chip unlike at Vancouver Fish Company! The portions were very generous, too. Unlike at the Vancouver Fish Company. Tasted great, price was very reasonable and the staff were super friendly. A very pleasant experience. Will definitely be taking ALL my out of town visitors here.
