First time at Bar Corso and pretty underwhelming experience. Friends were doing the tasting menu and waited well over an hour for my own entree to appear. I am Italian and my grandmother made melanzane weekly but was good to try a fusion version. Smoked eggplant was there but seemed to be missing tapenade, radicchio and pistachios. Fantastic tasting menu for silvester. we were both sat and entertained by the amazing team. they love the cocktails as always and we will be many times back!
We had the Chef’s tasting menu on NYE and it was great! Great quality and generous portions, and great service! Love the darker room and atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Was really missing the tomato sauce and parmesan or mozzarella of the traditional dish. Turnip dish with turnips which were large raw chunks with very little flavours in dish to mellow the strong turnip taste and consistency. Desserts were definitely the highlight and would return for them after eating dinner elsewhere.
The newer menu is so great! The octopus and beets are Delish and the chicken liver pâté is perfection! Thanks for the great visit!
