Diners had mixed reactions to the food at a former flagship restaurant of the Four Seasons Vancouver, now used for special events. Another customer praised the restaurant for consistently offering excellent food and service during a Christmas dinner for a large group. Although the space has been transformed into a children's playroom with many activities, it still remains a great location for families to enjoy. While the future of this space is uncertain, it currently offers a fantastic deal for families.

What Abbie Schaden dislikes about Chartwell:
Four of us out for a business dinner. Mixed reactions to the food, some good, some not. Service was fine. If the prices were not sky-high, I would cut them some slack, but not in this case. View all feedback.
This use to be a restaraunt in the Four Seasons but now it's closed. It's currently being used as a kids play room, equipped with games, books, video games, crafts, free guided activities that you can sign your child up for, etc. A great space...for families. You have to imagine that the Four Seasons will do something with this prime location at some point, but a great deal for families for now.
Chartwell always delivers an excellent dining experience. We recently had a large group for a Christmas dinner and were very impressed with the service and food quality. Each course was carefully prepared and served hot to our group of 60 people. The only drawback was the small size of the reception area for a group of our size, but the dining room more than made up for it with its ample space.
This used to be a restaurant located in the Four Seasons hotel, but it is now closed. It has been transformed into a children's playroom, complete with games, books, video games, crafts, and free guided activities that children can participate in. It is a spacious area designed for families to enjoy. It is possible that the Four Seasons may use this prime location for something else in the future, but for now it is a great space for families.
Four of us went out for a business dinner. The menu had a mix of dishes, some were good and some were not. The service was good. If the prices were lower, I would give them a better rating, but unfortunately that was not the case.
