Honestly, I don... read more This is the worst 1K spent ever. I came to try the Tasting menu with 6 dishes and ordered a couple of other dishes along with the wine pairings. Honestly, I don’t like any of the dishes, portion size is very small, and the wine pairings are not good either. I would say you could come for the experience but if you are looking to have a good meal with good wine pairings, I wouldn’t recommend. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $100+

The seasonal menu inspired by the radicchio was delicious from start to finish, with the ability to tailor your tasting menu for different appetite levels. The chefs ability to curate as entire menu with one ingredient at the centre, while keeping every dish different from the last was impressive. The service was warm and attentive, they made us feel at home on our trip to Vancouver. It would be impossible to award a score under 5.
