It drew... read more While walking my husky pup along coal harbor early this morning, I was searching for a breakfast joint. I came along this place and the sign did it all. It drew my attention towards the cafe, I then eventually entered. They have siphon coffee inside, yes!!!! I thought roccanini had the best so far but here we go let 's give it a shot!<br/ <br/ The owner asked if I 'd like sugar or cream. I said black is fine if it 's good quality. He knew my standards and calibre right away. I sipped away and yes, I closed my eyes... Effing good siphon coffee. Now onto the food. It was 8am and I asked them to give me their best breakfast item. Without hesitation they said repeatedly, 'get the omelette. '<br/ <br/ I took a seat outside with my pup and the owner suggested I come in and have a seat by the window with the pup inside. Out of respect for his patrons I said no. Some ppl aren 't dog lovers but it 's awsome that he offered this to me! The omelette comes... Wow it looks like a egg crepe Japanese style omelette. It 's got a tiny tiny kick of spice to it too Aw man... Fresh veggies, sausage, cheese, a hint of tograshi perhaps? Real real nice. Fluffy and delicate.<br/ <br/ Wonderful experience today. I recommend the omelette and siphon coffee. The best part is they have a all day breakfast. They 've been open for a year, and it looks like they do well. I 've always been a huge fan of the show breaking bad. Who would 've though about breaking bean with siphon coffee, awsome!<br/ Great way to draw people 's attention. The owner is very hospitable and he 's doing a great job here. Wonderful location next to the Westin Bay Shore hotel for guests to try out. Will I come back again? Yes, until then I will give it a 4.5<br/ <br/ My next review here will be consistency. If It 's consistent, I will bump the rating to a full 5 out of 5.
