I got to the Hilton Hotel wh... read more I went in to order three date squares aka date bars. I did not bother to check because I felt that it was a straight-forward order. I got to the Hilton Hotel where I was going to relax with my dog and when I opened the bag, I saw three cranberry squares. I always speak clearly and from the diaphragm, so I was loud and clear. It would suggest that comprehension is an issue with this staff. I asked for the same thing at the Blenz on Broadway and Granville and got what I asked for. Disappointing to have wasted money on products I did not even want.
