I would recommend trying Luigi or D... read more The fresh homemade pasta is excellent, but overall the flavors are somewhat lacking, making the dishes rather disappointing. I would recommend trying Luigi or Di Beppe instead. Additionally, I find that restaurants connected to hotels often lack ambiance. Personally, I wouldn’t return. However, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The restaurant space itself is beautiful and the ambiance was perfect, though we found it extremely odd to see a dog sitting inside the restaurant at a table near us. The service was lacking a bit, with just the hostess working the entire restaurant when we first arrived. Not sure if everyone else was on a break all at the same time? We started with the antipasti burrata and wagyu tartare which were both amazing. We then opted for the Dine Out menu, selecting the albacore tuna curdo and mushroom bruschetta followed by the duck ragu bigoli and celeriac risotto and finally the wagyu sirloin. The waiter who eventually tended to our table did not clear any of our empty drink glasses and empty plates were not cleared before next courses arrived so we resorted to stacking dishes on our table. We also had dishes served to us with noticable chips in the plates, not something we expected from an upscale restaurant with mentions on the Michelin Guide. All in all not bad but definitely needs some refining and attention in certain places.
