What User doesn't like about Thirsty Sasquatch Hungry Sasquatch:
This place is popular with locals, but it's one of those places I don't come, nothing against them, but its just not my scene. We returned late from a show and friends decided to take a quick bite and drink here. It was the day after the snowstorm, so the place was somehow empty except some mosquitoes. The cocktails were quite simple and from the lower shelves schnapps, but they certainly not price them so. The pizza... View all feedback.
Never answer the phone, always turns off online order and is only generally a total Hassle. Your pizza is not worth it. If you need to go there to order and sit in your car while they could make it you could also go to Portland where the better food is obvious.
I have been here 4-5 times.I like laying out the pros and cons, because every place is different and everyone has different likes.Pros: Beer list is generally decent, but not extensive. All drafts are craft, and they have domestics by the bottle/can. Cocktails are generally fine. I like the outdoor seating in the front, the garage doors in front go up and you can sit/stand there and people watch with some friends. It is nice on a spring/summer day! Pinball and a selection of arcade games is a bonus!Cons: Pizza is very hit or miss. Slices are overpriced (even if they are large), and I feel the quality is highly variable. As others said, staff can be a bit surly. I have never seen them be outright rude, but they certainly aren’t generally super friendly. Rear patio area is a smoking section, which seems like a waste because if you aren’t a smoker it isn’t particularly pleasant out there.Overall, it is a good spot to meet up with some friends and I will probably be back, but it isn’t necessarily my cup of tea. I think some of the complaints over the service are overblown, but they could definitely improve.
I like this place it's chill good beverage choices cool people work there and food close by is pretty tasty pizza. Would definitely go there again
This place used to be cool when it was just a whiskey bar. I get they had to change because they didn't really have a huge customer base at that point, but I was a bigger fan of the Thirsty Sasquatch when it was just a bar.The pizza was expensive and it was pretty greasy we didn't really care for it. It could've been that night but we haven't been back since a lot of regulars we know don't like the changes either. I do have to say, the back patio is and has always been super nice.
What a fun place for some good brews and pizza! Came here with a large group on a Friday night and was able to snag a large table outside in their patio area. One side of the Thirsty Sasquatch was the bar and the other side is where you order pizza. The service at the bar was quick and efficient with a great selection of beers. On the pizza side, you'll walk up to the counter tell them what you want and place your order. They offer slices and whole pizzas. They'll give you the individual pizza slices right away and if you order a whole pizza they'll bring it to your table. I ordered: The Garden ordered a couple of slices of the garden and it was delicious! Great flavor combos of pesto, mushrooms, and spinach. The portion size of the slice is very generous too!Overall my friends and I had a great time here! Would recommend this place if you just want a good time with some tasty eats and drinks.
