Sushi Chiyo - Vancouver

I have been coming with my family to this place for a couple of years. We like sushi here. They are fresh, tasty, and good-looking. They used to have ready to eat food available, and we were taking plates with food based on what we see. However now we have to choose food from pictures, this is disappointing and hard to make a decision on.

I don’t think the tuna on top of roll is supposed to turning brown am i wrong??? usually the Yoko roll is my favorite (the one pictured) but that tuna didn’t look appetizing at all… $75 for a meal for 2 and i wasn’t satisfied at all didn’t even get to eat my favorite rollFood: 1/5

Went out for dinner, first time at this place. Very friendly staff. Great food. Very fresh. As it’s shown on the picture that it’s one of those belt sushi places, it’s not you have to order your food. Comes in a very timely manner. The food we had was good. The only thing I wish is that it wasn’t so cluttered with all the plastic containers out in the open. It sits on top of the belt where the sushi originally rotated. Like I said food and service was great.The place it self can be cleaned up a bit.

Second time here and portions keep getting smaller and prices keep going up.Chicken on my yakisoba was a little hard and chewy, and tasteless, had to add a mix of sauces to give it flavor.There’s only one bathroom for everyone to use since the second one was broken (as it was the first time we were there) and it was dirty.Will not be returning for a third time.

This was a really great place to grab dinner on the 4th of July! Open later than most places on the holiday.The food was excellent great sushi selection and nice non sushi options for myself. The staff was very nice! Will definitely be going back!Dietary restrictions: Good for those that can’t eat seafood but dine with others that do!
