What Vincenzo Hettinger doesn't like about New Kings Buffet:
Time between 1:30-2:30 The hot food gets a , but the sushi . Customer service unbelievable, we came to have a peaceful lunch, but instead we had to deal with our waitress and the front person I'm thinking its the owner) kept arguing loudly in front of our table. They were so loud that I had to keep telling my granddaughters to stay focus and eat because they kept turning around and watching them. Our first and last t... View all feedback.

The first time here and I'm back, great sushi and meeres. perfectly seasoned and tasted really good.
When we first arrived, eating was cold and old. to the luck the sushi was above average and there are some suppening and rice options. fortunately, within few minutes most dishes have been replaced by fresh food. the fresh food was surprisingly good. if there weren't staring for the first 10 minutes, I can give well 5.
At the arrival the service was pleasant. we were even offered to consider eating first before we decided to stay what should be a red flag. from which it seemed that eating was decent. Once we actually started eating, we discovered most of the foods either cold or not taste good. we tried the lo my noodles that were cold. the crabs and garnels were very dry and super fluffy. the sushi is made of a stale taste and did not taste fresh. my friend and I found that the oysters and the crawfish were the only thing we liked and had seconds of it. Overall, eating was not good and was a bit cold. I would recommend lowering the price for the quality of food. It wasn't worth $13 per person.
The food was pretty good especially the sushi but the service on the other hand, wasn’t. Their staff always has an attitude, no matter who it is or how you treat them back. I came in with my family and regardless of how kind I was with them, they didn’t change their attitude. I really hope they can change because that could be the difference between a 5 star restaurant and a 3.2 star restaurant.
