Los Potrillos - Vancouver

I recently dinned at Los Pottillos, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance set the stage for a lovely evening, but what truly made the night memorable was the outstanding service, particularly from our hostess, Karen.From the moment we walked in, Karen greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. Her attentiveness and professionalism stood out as she guided us to our table and took the time to share her recommendations from the menu.The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect, but it was Karen's kindness and excellent customer service that truly elevated our dining experience. I would highly recommend Los Potrillos to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to see Karen there again!

Service slow and food very average. Ordered fish tacos and they were dry. Asked where was the sauce and told they were out. My dining companion had the sauce so they didn’t even try. Won’t be back.

Food wasn't very good. Didn't check in until flagged down. Expensive for what you get.
