Ichi Teriyaki 27 - Vancouver

Their food is decent, but I have had multiple issues whenever I order food from here for delivery (UberEATS). They would consistently send teriyaki chicken instead of katsu (three separate times). I gave up and order japchae from them because they couldn't seem to do the katsu and it is hard to find other places that do spicy chicken and japchae. Only for them to cut the portion by a large amount and no longer add vegetables. It is now just noodles and a small portion of chicken. It isn't worth it for the price.

OMG they have the best egg flour soup I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFEit was so good. i cannot recommend enough.fir actual food, first time i went the shrimp was amazing. second time a little overcooked. overall i still recommend as everything else ALWAYS awesome!!!Egg Flower Soup seriously, so good

I would like to give this place 5 stars, because when I was able to eat here the food was very good. But, the last two times I have tried to eat here, its been closed during the times its supposed to be open. Today at 1230pm closed, the last time it was around 1pm in a Saturday, thats understandable. We come down here from the Seattle area to do maintenance work and it sucks to know that the food is good and to find out we need to find somewhere else to eat instead.

Incredible customer service. I'm so impressed with the staff here and the food is fire. (I had just steamed vegetables with beef and chicken) no carbs or sugar but the food was still incredible.

I order Mongolian Beef but it look nothing like Mongolian beef not even close to how it should look. It should be stir fry with green onions and maybe onion with beef but what I got is a bogogi beef stir fry with a whole lot of veggies.Food: 1/5
