4/24Still really good Coffee but I've noticed lately that I have to ask for the right amount of pumps of white chocolate/ Carmel. I have to use almond milk and that tends to be bitter which I am already paying an extra .90 cents for. When I approached it they tried to charge me for extra sweet! Being told it is to hard to push all the way down. I don't want extra I just want them to put the amount they are supposed to.I still do enjoy the coffee though.Better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros hands down!Came in within a minute of closing still made my coffee. Great service, even with everything going on Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy options.

Seems uppity when it's not type place. Service seemed unrealisticly phony, coffees not that great, good for the unrealistic entertainment and the croissant donut and the coffees not that bad. Expensive as a franchise coffee place gets..

A blonde female employee on February 10th at 4:30 used my free drink rewards without telling me in order to keep my $10 in cash I handed for one of my two drinks. I no longer have my rewards and was not able to use it today because of her and it’s pretty upsetting. It’s even more upsetting that you have employees who are lying to and stealing from customers. When I was talking to the guy at the window today about it he simply said “it wouldn’t happen” but it did and he did not take it as seriously as he should have. If she’s done this to me who knows who else she might be doing this to.
