Everyone knows that there are numerous cafes in Van, but the warmth here is on a different level. We struggle to find seating in the winter (that's why we come early). I read a comment about the water situation and I experienced it myself. It was just for that day. They explained the reason very nicely. We will continue to hang out there.

While waiting for our dessert, we asked for 2 glasses of water. Since they did not have any water left, they simply filled glasses from the tap without even asking us. Upon leaving, they charged us 8 lira for 2 glasses of tap water. It used to be a very cozy atmosphere where we couldn't find a table, but now it is completely empty. We learned the reason for this through experience.
