Sad they were from ketchup, but it happened. We love Zaxbys! The new wings are so good, although they are from some of the taste sauces. The store was clean, the staff was friendly. Great food, the service is almost always quick but the staff can often be rude. Went through today and ordered a big zax snack box thing, and asked for extra zax sauce. The women replied that the box already came with one, how many would I need. I told her give me 3. I left with unsweetened (should have been sweet) ice tea and NO zax sauce.. fries are always seasoned well but cut much too thick for no sauce. I could... View all feedback.
